B.E.A.UUUUTIFUL

Good morning. Remember how I told you all that I was going to try to be a more positive person. Well I've decided that I've want to take you all on this ride. Recently I've come into contact with someone who does not give themselves nearly enough credit. She's gorgeous, fit, smart, and  the list goes on. I never understand why some of these girls/women feel the way they feel about themselves...but then I saw this:
I have no doubt in my mind that this is true. It's even worse today than what it was when I was growing up.  It's almost a bit sad that people spend so much time focusing on how Barbie made us feel versus all these other things that girls see. Really those 400 things are just about the way you look...not even about how you should act, think, feel, beliefs, values..you get my point...that you know girls are being told.  So to counterpart to this is that I like these way better :)

We are all guilty of this at some point in time. Understand you are your own biggest critic, no one else probably notices the things you do.
Never let anyone tell you to can't.
Everyone has swag!
Most importantly always remember to love yourself no matter what because...

Presenting the newest Mr. & Mrs.

This weekend two of my best friends became husband & wife! It was one of the greatest weekends I've ever had and I couldn't be more happy for them. They are amazing individuals and an amazing couple. You will never meet two people who are more caring and genuine in your life!

The ceremony was absolutely beautiful. The reception was full of good family, friends, and food. I don't think things could have gone any better for them or us as the lucky invitees :)  I'm so excited to watch the new chapter in their life unfold as husband & wife! So without further adieu..I've like to present Mr. & Mrs. Jason Wagner!!!!!!!!

What a beautiful bride!
Danielle looked amazing and everything she wore was very fitting for her sense of style. Simple, elegant, & classy.

I absolutely loved our bridesmaids dresses. The color was so much fun, the style was different than anything I have ever worn, and it was comfy! Danielle was great about letting us all express ourselves & stick to our own styles when it came down to the little things (hair, make-up, shoes, etc). The groomsmen got gray suits (tuxes) which I think are so chic and are great for the summer time.

The reception was amazing! The room had such a nice set up and there was huge patio with a gorgeous view of a lake that the guests could enjoy. As a little added bonus there was a pilot (they didn't know) that was landing & taken off of the lake! Very cool!
My hubs-to-be got the honor of being Jason's best man.
During the Y-M-C-A Mrs. Pauley got to break it down like the Village People. Look at that smile!
Isn't she pretty! She did an awesome job helping out Danielle with everything!
Garter toss. I believe they planned the Mission Impossible song and had Jason put on the hat! Lol the props were a nice little touch :)
The groomsmen had a dance off!
Then Kev had his own dance off with Jason's nephew, Lance (the little boy in blue).
Lance won...twice! lol.
Ps - also please note Dom! HAHA
The beautiful couple dancing the night away.
Congrats again to Mr. & Mrs. Wagner! I wish you both nothing but a long, happy life together!

Time Flies When You Are Having Fun

Good morning faithful readers :) I hope you are having a terrific Thursday. Holy moly did I just say Thursday! It seems like time has come up in a lot of conversation - between the lack of it and how quickly it is all flying by. I'm pretty sure in the last 2 weeks I've said I can't believe it's --insert date here-- about 100 times! Where the heck is time going and how can I make it slow down just a litttttle bit? Now I don't mean slow down during the work hours or anything but slow your roll on weekends and please don't bring October TO quickly there is still a lot I need to do! I don't necessarily feel like I'm missing anything I just cannot believe that it's July already. My best friend if getting married in two days when it seems like just yesterday she was newly engaged. It feels even more like yesterday to myself and I'm under the 3 month mark! WHOA! Weekends don't seem to last more than a second and I never get enough sleep - which you know results it trying to catch up on the weekdays but who am I kidding. So really why does it seem like time is moving so much quicker than what is use to. I'm going to blame it on the fact that I am getting older. The older I get the more I have going on. Granted I know that this year is especially busy due to the 10-01-11 wedding bells I'm hearing in the distance! Anyways, the older I get the more it seems like the days, months, even years are flying. Is that really what it is, maybe it's just as an adult you have a more realistic sense of time and what that means. I miss the days as a kids where an hour seemed like an eternity, even when you were playing time didn't seem to go this fast. I will say that I don't only believe it's because I'm getting older, but it's because I'm having fun! Yes, even on the weekdays I have fun. I have fun with co-workers telling hilarious stories, I have fun having getting a Mani right after work (deserved!), and I have fun having dinner or TV dates with friends. I'll be having alot of fun at all the upcoming weddings, I'm having fun planning my own wedding, and the weekends are always jammed packed with something fun going on. All the fun can be tiring but I'm glad to be a part of it. Despite the all good times I do wish time would slow down, probably because the fun is over so quickly. I cannot wait for this weekend to kick off the wedding season and watch two of my best friends become Mr. & Mrs...woo woo! Time might be flying but I wouldn't want to spend it any other way!

Not a problem Granny :)

There are moments I wish I could go back to the days where time didn't seem to exist

Until next time! xoxo
