A friend of mine posted this the other day on Facebook and I really enjoyed the message.
It's important for everyone to know that you are more beautiful than you give yourself any credit for.
We are our own worst critics, but we should be our number one advocate.
Have confidence in what you have to offer the world - both in appearance and action.
