Bling Bling!

I guess since this is the first day back I decided to take it on with a vengeance :)

I'm linking up and sharing my ring.
It's my most favorite possession of all time, so I gots to show it off! I think most married people can say the same thing!

Kevin did the engagement ring picking all by himself. We did very little looking together and that's mainly because I didn't want to have any idea when he would be proposing. I did tell him that I did not want a pear shaped diamond (just not my style) and that is it. Everything else was up to him.

I think he did a great job because he didn't merely focus on how big the bling was but he did his research on the 4 C's and picked out a beautiful diamond solitaire from the Diamond Cellar. It's not quite a carat, but looks good on my finger, is pretty much as clear as it gets, and the clarity is incredible, this sucker shines like the top the Chrysler Building. Unfortunately I do not have the greatest picture of just the engagement band.

I never really knew that I would like having a solitaire so much, it left the wedding band question pretty wide open!

Since Kev got the ring at the Diamond Cellar he was given a discount to get our bands there so that's where we headed. I ended up getting not one, but two bands! One for each side of the engagement ring. Each have 11 little diamonds, and I got it saudered together the week of the wedding so everything would sit nice & pretty.

I love it, I love everything about it, and even more everything about what it means! I would not trade my ring in for the world and I could never thank Kev enough for the beautiful symbol :) Good job babe!

Link up & show off the bling girlllllll

I just want to say I stumbled upon this blog on accident, googling for wedding band tips and suggestions, and I'm glad I found this blog because it is SO cute! Since I'm here, I love the look of your wedding band and engagement ring! My husband wants us to get tungsten wedding bands, but seeing your rings has given me some new ideas!
