Giving Spirit

So summer & early fall were wedding season, but late fall and the winter is the time of gifting! We have about a billion birthday between August & December, including our own at the end of this week! Yep, I'll be the big 2-5 on Sunday.

Gifting is something that is constantly on my mind. I think I mentioned before that I like to spoil my friends so it's not always weddings, bdays, and holidays that I'm gifting. However, it does happen a lot more around this time. I really enjoy this time of year because I get to put my fabulous gifting ideas into action. I pride myself on being someone whose a fairly good gifter. I'm not always creative or crafty but I try to put a descent bit of though into what I'm getting people. I thought it'd be fun to share some gifting ideas I've come across & may or may not use for the present receivers in my life :)

I actually got one of these made for Kev and myself. Of course Gunner is in there too. It's easy! All you do is contact Nan, get her some pictures of the people you'd like to have drawn and she does the rest.

Again, I've gotten one of these for myself. But I did also give one of these as a gift. A wedding gift! I loved both of the finished projects. It's something you can have fun with and will last the person a long time!

I'm always looking for something to get the guys of the family. I'm sorry but guys are so hard to shop for! One of the go to is anything grill related! These are easy enough, add a little flair to his grilling and you get to enjoy the gift too!

Got this one from Pinterest! it's something I can do and really is something people give all the time. It's just all about the presentation.

I love these! I think this would be a great gift for the girl friends! Something simple but they could wear any time. Jewelry is always a good idea as long as the person wears it.

We can start with this bottle, Meukow VS Cognac, but there are a ton out there people, and let's be real sometimes us adults would match rather have this and use it then some other knick knack! It's good for a man or woman and can be given for any occasion! For other beverage ideas click here.

Accessories/Make up

It's never a bad idea to go with the simple things. A cool nail polish, a familiar eye shadow, or a scarf - can't go wrong there!

Special Food/Clubs
Wine of the month Club

Sock of the Month Club
Catch a Piece of Maine. Who doesn't love lobster and wouldn't want some fresh stuff from Maine!
This relates a little to the bottle gift but this is a bit more specific and doesn't have to relate to just food!  I'm talking about registering someone for a club or have some kind of specialty food delivered.

Those are just some of the many ideas I have rolling around in my head this year for some of the loved ones :) Hopefully these have inspired you in the midst of holiday shopping brainstorming.
