I am in complete support of Gay Marriage or as I like say just plain ole Marriage. I understand that not everyone is and I understand that it's not the biggest worry in the world right now but it's something that I believe in and one issue that I will never back down on. Why? Lots of reasons, but the most simple and easiest is...Why not?
There is no reason what-so-ever that homosexuals should not be able to get married. You can argue that it's against religion...but I thought Church and State were suppose to be separate? You can argue that it's just your own personal belief...so be it, but are homosexuals getting married affecting you at all? I'm going to go with "No" on that one. Other than those two things I don't even see any other argument. There a heterosexuals getting married and divorced like it's their job, but we can't let two men or two women who have been together more years that I've been on this Earth get married and make that commitment to one another? In my opinion it's ridiculous.

I can only hope that one day that people that I care about who are homosexuals can share in the same joy that I have with Kevin. It's my hope that my children will grow up in a world of equality for all. I hope you can open your arms to those who just want the same thing that you and I have as heterosexuals. I hope that one day I don't have to hope for this anymore because it will be reality.
